Hello, I'm Ali.
I’m so glad you’re here. It takes vulnerability and courage to reach out for support and even more so to examine the wounds, scars, and pain you’re carrying. While emotional and relational pain is universal, it can feel incredibly isolating. You don’t have to walk through it alone.

About Me
I offer individual therapy to young adults and teens to explore and address trauma, attachment and relational issues, anxiety, depression, grief, shame, and perfectionism. I draw upon many theories and techniques, including internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, narrative, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s in public relations and earned a master’s of social work from Kennesaw State University. I have had the honor of practicing in a variety of settings including community health with trauma survivors, the General Mental Health Clinic at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization programs, and private practice.
As each person is unique, I will hold space for you and your individual story as we explore your past, discover strengths, gain clarity on values, and navigate the path forward.
