Hello, I'm Madeline.
Connection is the most integral part of my approach to counseling. My goal is to aid clients in developing a well-balanced lifestyle so that they can feel self-confident, fulfilled, and intimately connected to others. I hope for my clients to live in a way that honors what they truly value.ā

About Me
I work from a multitude of theoretical frameworks including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Internal Family Systems. I also often employ helpful tools from The Gottman Institute and The Enneagram Institute. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in Human Development and Family Studies and my Master of Arts from Auburn University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I am a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC013657). During my professional counseling experience, I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in such as crisis stabilization units, on-campus counseling centers, intensive outpatient services, and private practice. I enjoy working with individuals, groups, and families starting at age 16 to adults of all ages. My specialties include working with individuals to help them overcome depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, identity formation, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with families who are struggling with communication skills and connection. Previous clients have told me that they enjoy my warm yet direct approach, sense of humor, and ability to hear someone out without judgement.
When I’m out of the office, I am typically spending time with family and friends, watching the same movies over and over, attending weekly trivia, and getting outside with my dog. I love any and all kinds of music, college football, traveling to new places, and pretty much anything that airs on Bravo.
