This also includes community support and development with neurodivergent undestanding. Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on resolving issues in the family dynamic. It can help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy problem-solving skills within the family unit. Through this supportive and collaborative approach, family members can work together to find solutions and build a stronger foundation for the future.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides an opportunity for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential setting. It is tailored to each individual's unique needs and can help to manage stress, build confidence, and develop healthier coping skills. With the support of a qualified therapist, individuals can gain insight into their own strengths and weaknesses, leading to greater self-awareness and improved mental health.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is an effective way to improve communication, address conflict, and strengthen the overall bond between partners. Our therapists are experienced and compassionate, offering a safe and supportive space to address issues that can arise in any relationship. We strive to help couples build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers an opportunity to share experiences and learn from one another in a supportive environment. It typically involves a group of 5-7 individuals, facilitated by a mental health professional, who work together to gain insight, solve problems and support each other's growth. Group therapy can help foster a sense of community and provide a platform for meaningful conversations.

Speaking Arrangements

Women's mental health and peripartum mental health is a topic that needs to be discussed more openly and frequently. Our society often stigmatizes mental health issues, making it difficult for women to seek help and support. Through speaking arrangements, we can create a safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences and learn one another. Let's work together to break the silence and prioritize women's mental health.

Telehealth Sessions

Offering in-person sessions in the Atlanta area and virtual therapy across the states of Georgia and South Carolina.

Fees for Therapeutic Services

We are not in-network with insurance.

However, we will help you submit your claims to your insurance for you - You can also use your FSA/HSA for our appointments.

Gather Therapy is an out-of-network outpatient facility and therefore does not provide in-network services or bill for costs that are not agreed upon in the client contract. All clients of Gather Therapy are responsible for the full cost of their sessions at the time of service. Any insurance billing is up to the client and is paid directly to the client.

As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance directly. However, many PPO, POS, and HDHP insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that help clients get reimbursed for therapy. To use these benefits, you can first check your deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket for health services before your insurance benefits kick in. Once the deductible is met, you can start getting reimbursed anywhere from 40-80% for our services, depending on your plan’s benefits.

Finally, to claim reimbursement, you will submit out-of-network claims to your insurance company as we will gladly provide you with super bills. Payment for services is required upfront at the time of your appointment, and your reimbursement from insurance is expected to arrive via a check in the mail 45-60 days later.

Good Faith Estimate

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE Information:

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal healthcare program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
